Customers may use Weldun to voluntarily appreciate eligible workers, teams, or enabled workplace pots. Customers must provide accurate payment and support information and must not misuse the service.

The tip amount, service fee, and total charge are shown before payment. Shared tips are distributed using the rule displayed in the tipping flow and enforced by the platform.

Profiles and workplaces may be unavailable when they are inactive, unverified, disputed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible for public tipping.

Refunds, reversals, and payment corrections are not automatic self-service actions. They are reviewed as exceptional operational cases.
