Customers do not need an account to tip in V1. Weldun may process a payment email, optional phone number, compliment, payment reference, and technical security information needed to complete and protect a transaction.

Only approved public profile information appears in a workplace directory. Worker phone numbers, bank details, balances, private earnings, and individual tip amounts are not public.

Payment checkout is handled through an approved payment provider. Weldun does not ask customers to submit card details, PINs, CVVs, or OTPs inside Weldun support forms.
